As more Estates Departments become more customer focussed, the ability of the customer to see the current status of outstanding requests has become an invalueable tool for the Estates Department.
The Integrated Handheld Solution Web Modules allow BacktraqFM Request Logging to be given directly to the customer avoiding the need for answerphone messages. Calls logged this way are given a unique job reference. This avoids possible duplicated job entries as the customer is able to see all outstanding jobs and the status of these jobs.
The Web Modules can be linked to an existing Intranet and are provided free of charge, with the only cost being an installation day.
